 Reporting to a Principal, Drew will have a strategic role in the firm. He will be a member of the senior management team whose primary initiatives include; long term business planning, implementation of profitable growth strategies, constant evaluation of market position and identification of new opportunities that build on core competencies.

 Drew's functional roles include business development, sales and marketing; developing and implementing new strategies to drive both top and bottom line growth, coaching and mentoring of staff members, as well as analyzing and restructuring existing top line driven processes and systems to maximize profitability, productivity and efficiency. He's highly pleased and offered these comments:
